🔬 Product Description

DTF transfers are printed with CMYK pigment inks and sealed with white pigment colour on a water basis. A polyurethane adhesive is then applied, giving the transfers elasticity and softness.

Application is carried out using a heat press. These transfers are characterized by high print quality, colour fastness and abrasion resistance.

• ✅ Data portrait – 57 × 100 cm
• ✅ Without background – not mirrored
• ✅ Minimum font thickness: 1–2 mm
• ⚠️ Lines under 1 mm may not be printed
• ✅ Larger files ideally up to 5 linear meters

📦 Storage

Store transfers in an environment with low humidity, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

⚙️ Application

• ✅ Using a heat press
• ✅ Temperature: depending on textile type (135–160 °C)
• ✅ Time: 7–15 seconds + 5 seconds re-press
• ✅ Pressure: medium to high
• ✅ Peel film immediately after opening the press – for fine details let cool slightly first

DTF printing is versatile but has its limits. DTF transfers cannot print metallic, neon or reflective effects. For these special effects we have solutions:

How long does DTF printing last?
With proper application and washing inside out (max. 40 °C, no dryer) it lasts dozens of wash cycles without colour loss.

What textiles is the DTF transfer suitable for?
For cotton, polyester, mixed materials and nylon. Works on light and dark textiles.

Do I need to mirror the design?
No. Send files not mirrored and without background. We take care of mirroring.

What is the minimum print detail?
Minimum font thickness 1–2 mm. Lines under 1 mm may not be printed.

How long does delivery take?
Standard production within 24 hours. Express production by arrangement.

In what format should I supply the data?
