Custom Machine Embroidery and Patches – Quality that lasts for years

Looking for the most durable way to brand your textiles? Machine embroidery is a symbol of quality and professionalism. Unlike printing, embroidery becomes part of the fabric itself – making it the most durable method of textile branding. Perfect for workwear, polo shirts, caps, and premium merch.

📋 Embroidery and Patch Options

Service Details and Use
Direct Embroidery Design embroidered directly into the garment. Ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, towels and work vests.
Patches Separately embroidered motif with reinforced edge. Can be sewn on or heat-applied. Great for uniforms and club clothing.
3D Embroidery Raised, three-dimensional effect for extra depth. Most commonly used on caps and modern merch.

🧵 Materials and Technology

Quality embroidery starts with the thread. We use exclusively professional viscose and polyester threads with high sheen, strength and colour fastness. Our embroideries easily withstand:

  • Industrial washing and boil washing
  • Dry cleaning without risk of damage
  • Long-term UV exposure – threads retain their colour
  • Tumble drying – embroidery holds its shape after hundreds of washes

❓ Frequently Asked Questions – Embroidery

What file format do you need for embroidery?
Ideal is a vector format (AI, EPS, PDF). If you only have a raster image (JPG, PNG), no problem – we will advise you on data preparation.

What is the minimum embroidery size?
We recommend a minimum text height of 4 mm. Smaller details may be lost during embroidery.

How long does production take?
Standard production takes 7–14 working days from sample approval. For larger orders the deadline is agreed individually.

Can I supply my own textile?
Yes! We are happy to embroider on your textile. We can also recommend quality textiles from our suppliers.

What is the difference between embroidery and printing?
Embroidery is more durable and more luxurious, but best suited for simpler designs and logos. For complex full-colour designs we recommend DTF printing or direct screen printing.

💡 Tip: Combine technologies for the best result

A very popular combination is a small premium embroidery on the chest paired with a detailed DTF print or durable direct screen print on the back. This gives you the best of both worlds.
