What Is Direct Screen Printing?
With direct screen printing, ink is applied directly onto the textile through prepared mesh screens. A separate screen is prepared for each colour in the design, and the print is built up layer by layer. This makes screen printing especially efficient for repeated artwork and larger production runs.
The final result depends on the design, colours, garment type and fabric colour. Before production, we consider the best printing method, print size, placement and, where needed, a suitable underbase for dark garments.
