Custom Machine Embroidery and Patches

Looking for durable and professional textile branding? Machine embroidery is an excellent choice for company clothing, workwear, polo shirts, caps, club apparel and premium merchandise. It is especially suitable for logos, lettering and simpler designs where you want a textured, high-quality finish.

Embroidery and Patch Options

Service Details and Use
Direct Embroidery Your logo or design is embroidered directly onto the garment. Suitable for polo shirts, hoodies, workwear, vests, towels and other stable textiles.
Embroidered Patches A separately embroidered motif with a finished edge. Depending on the patch type, it can be sewn on or applied to suitable textiles.
3D Embroidery A raised three-dimensional effect, most commonly used for caps, hats and bold merchandise designs.

Materials and Embroidery Technology

We work with professional viscose and polyester threads selected according to the garment, design and intended use. The final result depends not only on the thread itself, but also on the density of stitches, backing material, fabric structure and size of the motif.

  • Suitable for regularly worn company, club and workwear.
  • Thread colours and materials are selected according to the type of textile and its care requirements.
  • Small lettering and fine details need to be adjusted to a suitable embroidery size.
  • For thin, elastic or highly technical fabrics, we recommend checking suitability before production.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file format do you need for embroidery?
Vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF are ideal. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it to us as well and we will check whether it is suitable for embroidery digitising.

What is the minimum embroidery size?
We generally recommend a minimum text height of around 4 mm. The suitable size may vary depending on the font, fabric, design complexity and embroidery placement.

How long does embroidery production take?
Standard production is usually completed within 5–10 working days after approval of the embroidery design and confirmation of garment availability. Larger quantities, new embroidery programmes or specific textiles may require an individually confirmed deadline.

Can I supply my own garments?
Yes. You can supply your own textile. Before production, we recommend confirming the material, embroidery position and suitability of the garment for your selected motif.

What is the difference between embroidery and printing?
Embroidery is best suited for logos, lettering and simpler motifs where you want a structured, premium finish. For detailed full-colour artwork, photographs or colour gradients, we usually recommend DTF printing or direct screen printing.

Combining Embroidery and Printing

A popular solution for company clothing and premium merchandise is a smaller embroidered logo on the chest combined with a larger DTF print or direct screen print on the back. This allows you to combine a premium embroidered detail with a larger, more detailed graphic.
