Individual DTF Transfers

Individual DTF transfers are suitable for standalone designs, smaller runs and orders where you need a specific number of prints in an exact chosen size. We prepare your artwork from the supplied files and deliver the transfer ready for heat press application.

DTF printing is suitable for full-colour graphics, photographs, gradients, fine details, logos, text and multi-colour designs. Transfers can be applied to T-shirts, hoodies, workwear, sportswear, bags and other suitable materials.

Suitable for

• different design sizes within one order,
• quick replenishment of missing garments or sizes,
• orders where a full DTF metre is not the most practical option.

How the Price Is Calculated

The price is based on the design size, quantity and selected product options. Enter the actual required width and height for each design in the product configurator.

The unit price may also vary depending on how efficiently designs can be arranged on the print sheet. We take into account available space, offcuts and combinations of multiple designs on one sheet. A higher quantity therefore does not automatically mean a lower price per piece.

Artwork Requirements

PDF is the preferred artwork format. We also accept AI, EPS and CDR files. We recommend converting text to outlines and preparing artwork at its actual print size.

Send artwork without unnecessary backgrounds and do not mirror it. Mirroring for transfer printing is handled during production. For faster checking, you can also attach a JPG or PNG layout preview.

How to Order Individual DTF Transfers

1. Select the required quantity.
2. Enter the width and height of your design.
3. Upload your artwork and, where useful, a layout preview.
4. Check the order details and complete your purchase.
5. DTF transfers are normally dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.

Applying DTF Transfers

Apply DTF transfers to clean, dry textiles using a heat press. The correct temperature, pressure, pressing time and peeling method may vary depending on the textile and application.

For standard cotton and blended textiles, transfers are typically pressed with medium pressure, the carrier film is then peeled and the design is briefly repressed. The finished transfer should be well bonded to the textile structure without raised edges.

Individual DTF Transfers or DTF by the Metre?

Individual DTF transfers are suitable for standalone designs, smaller quantities and orders with a specific print size. If you want to arrange multiple designs, sizes or repeat graphics on one sheet, DTF transfer by the metre may be a better choice.
